Agriculture Night On 7/25
Bridgewater, New Jersey – The Somerset Patriots, the New York Yankees Double-A affiliate, will host Agriculture Night on Thursday, July 25th. The Patriots take on the Portland Sea Dogs (Boston Red Sox) at TD Bank Ballpark at 7:05 pm with a postgame fireworks show presented by Applegate.

Agriculture Night is designed to celebrate agriculture in New Jersey.
As part of the event, there will be tractors displayed by the main gate courtesy of Belle Mead Garage & Middlebush Farm as well as the Farmers Against Hunger Truck.
Throughout the main concourse, agricultural themed vendors will be set up during the game. Participating organizations include NJ Department of Agriculture, Jersey Fresh, Somerset County Ag Development Board, New Jersey Agricultural Society, Farmers Against Hunger, NOFA NJ, FFA NJ and Hillsborough Farmers Market.
New Jersey’s Secretary of Agriculture Ed Wengryn will throw out a ceremonial first pitch before the game.

For our farm community, this event is a great way to relax, sit with friends and enjoy all that we have planned for this special evening," said Newell Thompson, Executive Director of the New Jersey Agriculture Society.
