The Hudson Valley Renegades are devoted to giving back to the community and supporting organizations throughout the Hudson Valley. Due to the high volume of requests received, our organization has established the following guidelines to assist with donation requests:
- Donation Request Forms must be completed at least three (3) weeks prior to the event.
- Requests must be submitted via the ONLINE FORM ONLY. Phoned in, emailed, or mailed donation requests will not be accepted.
- Donation request letters must indicate the organization name, event name, type of event, date of event, and tax ID (if applicable). Any incomplete requests will not be considered.
- Organizations should submit only one request per calendar year so that as many groups as possible can be accommodated.
- Standard donations consist of a certificate redeemable for a Family Four Pack; four (4) GA tickets and four (4) Gades Hats. We do not provide monetary donations.
All donation requests will be reviewed within (2) weeks of your event. Once your request has been approved and/or processed, a Hudson Valley Renegades representative will contact you via email concerning your donation pick-up.
