Before You Leave Home

Parking at Heritage Financial Park

Parking at Heritage Financial Park is $10 on the day of the game, but only $7 if you pre-purchase your pass online while purchasing your tickets. If purchasing a parking pass in advance online, please be sure to purchase a parking pass for the game date of your tickets. To assist in the flow of traffic into the ballpark on game days, we strongly encourage all guests to purchase their parking in advance. Your online parking pass can be shown via your phone or printed and given to the parking attendant. All parking booths are cashless. Credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, is accepted at the parking booths. There is an express lane for Season Ticket Members and handicap vehicles only. All parking is located next to Heritage Financial Park.

There are two main parking lots at Heritage Financial Park, the Legends Lot adjacent to the front entrance of the ballpark, which is reserved for Renegades Season Ticket Members and guests with tickets for the WMCHealth Club Lounge. The Pinstripe Lot is located along the first base and right field side of the ballpark, and is available for all other guests. Additionally, there are ADA parking spaces located adjacent to the Legends Lot.

When do the gates open on game day?

Gates open to general ticket holders one hour before the scheduled game time unless otherwise promoted. Renegades Season Ticket Members may enter the ballpark 90 minutes before first pitch as a benefit of their membership.

Bag Policy

Bags are allowed into Heritage Financial Park, but they can be no larger than 16" x 6" x 8". We encourage fans to either use a clear bag or to carry in their items to assist in a quick entry into the facility. All bags entering the ballpark will be searched by ballpark security upon entry to ensure no prohibited items are carried into the ballpark.

Prohibited Items at Heritage Financial Park

  1. No outside food or beverages (exception will be made for one (1) unopened bottle of water per guest)
  2. Use of cigarettes, vapes and/or other tobacco products
  3. Firearms or other weapons (e.g., knives)
  4. Laser devices & pointers
  5. Glass bottles
  6. Explosives/fireworks
  7. Containers larger than 16" x 6" x 8"
  8. Beach balls & other inflatables
  9. Skateboards & rollerblades
  10. Toy guns & toy knives (including water guns)
  11. Sticks or clubs
  12. Unmanned aerial vehicles (e.g., drones)

Guests trying to enter into the stadium with any of the above items or any other items deemed prohibited, will be stopped and the item(s) will need to be returned to the guest's vehicle, confiscated or discarded before entry. There are also a limited number of secure storage lockers located outside the main gate that guests may use to store their item(s) and retrieve them upon exit.

Re-entry Policy

Guests are allowed to exit Heritage Financial Park and re-enter. Guests hands will be stamped upon exit, and the hand stamp must be shown to re-enter the ballpark. Guests without a stamp or a valid, unused ticket will be denied entry to the ballpark with no excuses.

Heritage Financial Park is a cashless facility

Heritage Financial Park is a 100% cashless facility. All transactions at the ballpark must be made with a credit or debit card or with Apple Pay. For the convenience of fans carrying cash, there will be exchange stations set up at Heritage Financial Park where fans will be able to exchange their cash for a cash-equivalent gift card which may be used anywhere inside of the ballpark. This policy will help enhance the overall fan experience at Heritage Financial Park, as we create magical experiences for our entire community.

Weather Policy

If an official game is not played or completed due to weather, then your tickets for that game can be used as rain vouchers and exchanged for tickets of equal or lesser value to another game during the 2025 season. Rain exchanges must be done in person at the Renegades Ticket Office at Heritage Financial Park. We are not able to process rain exchanges online or over the phone. No cash refunds are provided for rained out or weather affected games.

If inclement weather is in the forecast, guests can check Renegades social media (@HVRenegades on all platforms) for updates on that night's game.

At the Ballpark

How do I receive my tickets?

If you purchased your tickets online, you should have received a confirmation email that will allow you to download your tickets to your mobile device or to be printed at home. To access your tickets online, you can click here and use your login information. If you purchased your tickets over the phone, you can pick your tickets up at the Renegades Box Office in advance of or on the day of the game. You will need to provide the Box Office with your order confirmation number or the first & last name the order was placed under. If you purchased your tickets in person, you should have your tickets :). If you lost your tickets, please come to the Renegades Box Office and they can be reprinted.

Do the Renegades have a Fan Code of Conduct?

In order to provide a welcoming experience for all, the Hudson Valley Renegades have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all guests are prohibited from:

  • Trespassing on the playing field at any time;
  • Interfering with baseballs that are in play;
  • Throwing or tossing objects;
  • Using foul, obscene or derogatory language (see below) or gestures;
  • Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
  • Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
  • Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
  • Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
  • Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.

Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the ballpark.

Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Guests who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.

Guests are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member. This can be done in person, at Guest Services, located in the 1st base breezeway, directly with Ballpark Security, by calling the Ballpark Administrative Office at 845-838-0094, or by emailing info@hvrenegades.com

Can I get autographs inside Heritage Financial Park?

All fans are welcome to request autographs from players, but we do have an autograph policy to help protect the experience of other guests and the players. To gain access into the Lower Box sections to request autographs before the game, you must have a ticket for a Field Level Section (Sections 100-103 & Sections 109-111). You will only have access to the Field Level section that is listed on your ticket. If you do not have a Field Level ticket, you will not be permitted into the Field Level sections. Post-game access to the Field Level sections is allowed to all fans on non-fireworks games only.

All fans seeking autographs should be respectful to each other, the Renegades usher staff and to players. Any fan not abiding by the autograph policy or disrupting the experience of other guests will be removed from the area. The Renegades cannot guarantee fans autographs nor can players be forced to give autographs.

Season Ticket Members will have access to the Dugout -- Lower Level sections until 15-minutes to first pitch and must present proof of season ticket.

Where is the Renegades team store, the Den Pro Shop, located?

On non-game days, the Den Pro Shop can be accessed via the Renegades Offices, located between the main gates and the Renegades Ticket Office. On game days, the Den Pro Shop is only accessible to fans inside the ballpark through the entrance next to the Third Base Concession Stand and across from the Family Restroom. The Den Pro Shop is also online here.

Is ADA parking & seating available?

Yes. When purchasing parking, please show the attendants your ADA tag and they will direct you to the correct area to park. ADA seating is available for purchase over the phone or in-person. ADA seating is not available online so that these seats are available for those with ADA needs and their guests. Individuals in wheelchairs can access the ADA seating area and guests will be given a folding chair.

Am I allowed to bring a camera into Heritage Financial Park to take photos?

Guests are allowed to bring cameras into Heritage Financial Park to take photos during games, but are limited to shooting photographs from their seat. Photographers wishing to utilize the camera wells or any other space in the ballpark beside their ticketed seat must contact Joe Vasile, the Director, Public Relations & Broadcasting for a media credential via email at jvasile@hvrenegades.com.
