Thank you for your interest in the Hudson Valley Renegades! We are pleased that you are considering us for your function or event. The Renegades staff and Rascal enjoy nothing more than sharing their time with the local community!

A few things to remember when requesting an appearance:

• Completion of the below form is only a request and does not guarantee an appearance.
• Requests must be made at least three (3) weeks prior to the event. We encourage you to make your request as early as possible, requests will be responded to on a first-come, first-served basis.
• After submission of the form, a Renegades representative will contact you to discuss logistics, payment & confirm your interest in booking an appearance.

The Hudson Valley Renegades request that video and photography from the event may be used for team’s promotional purposes, not limited to, on the team website, social media accounts, in-stadium during Renegades games.

*Appearances more than 35 miles from Heritage Financial Park will be subject to a mileage fee on top of the applicable appearance fee.
